Example
Instead of eating while scrolling your phone, just eat and notice the taste, texture, and movement.
One-minute focus
- Pick one simple activity.
- Do only that activity for one minute.
Tips
- Start with very short periods of practice.
- The goal is returning attention, not perfect focus.
